The 24hr bug now behind us all, we ventured out with our friend Iris from Wales for a day trip to Chatsworth House. What an amazing place. Another example of English opulence designed to entertain Kings and Queens. We could image the ladies of the day strolling through the many and varied Gardens. Truly spectacular! After a farewell stop to Aunty ‘s for a very late afternoon tea, we went to the Nags Head for dinner to farewell Iris.
